Basketball Recap: Fike Takes a Loss

Fike was the 63-54 winner over South Johnston when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Fike Demons took a 61-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the South Johnston Trojans on Monday. The Demons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Fike's defeat dropped their record down to 15-9. As for South Johnston, the win got them back to even at 12-12.

Fike does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for South Johnston, they and East Wake will face off at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest, having both just played. East Wake will roll in looking for their 17th straight victory, something South Johnston surely won't give up without a fight.
