Volleyball Recap: Phelps Gets the Win

Phelps won the last time they faced Tolsia and things went their way on Saturday too. The Hornets walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Rebels.

Phelps never let Tolsia on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-17.

Charity Mounts paced Phelps' offense, picking up seven kills. Mounts got some help from Cloey Bevins and her 15 assists. Aerionna Pigman controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Phelps' win bumped their record up to 5-16. As for Tolsia, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-11.

Phelps has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Hurley on the 13th. Tolsia has also already played their next contest (against Hannan), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
