Meanwhile, while the 0-0 score might suggest a draw, it was Nixon who was credited with the victory on Tuesday. The Mustangs got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to Roma's three. Nixon haven't had any issues with Roma recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Nixon's victory bumped their record up to 12-5. As for Palmview, their win bumped their record up to 15-2.
