Volleyball Recap: Buford's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Buford entered their tilt with Wesleyan on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Wesleyan. That's more bragging rights for Buford, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

One reason for the win was Buford's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-17, 25-16.

Among those leading the charge was Reagan Callender, who had six digs and two aces. That's the most digs she has posted since back in October of 2024.

Buford's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Wesleyan, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Looking ahead, Buford will host North Cobb at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wesleyan, they will challenge Mount Vernon at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
