Corbin Spilliards gave up the fewest walks he has since back in March on Friday. He wasn't messing around, striking out nine batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off three hits (and not a single walk). The pitching appearance was his fifth straight with five or more strikeouts.
