The New Ulm Cathedral Greyhounds won against the Wabasso Rabbits last Tuesday with 66 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Thursday. New Ulm Cathedral took down Wabasso 66-52. New Ulm Cathedral's offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.

New Ulm Cathedral's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jevan Wilfahrt, who scored 17 points along with seven rebounds and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Isaac Miller, who scored 15 points along with two steals.

New Ulm Cathedral has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season. As for Wabasso, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-13.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. New Ulm Cathedral will take on Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Wabasso won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Yellow Medicine East at 7:30 p.m. on January 26th. Yellow Medicine East is coming into the game on a five-game losing streak.
