Volleyball Game Preview: Edison Eagles vs. Hunterdon Central Red Devils

The Edison Eagles will face off against the Hunterdon Central Red Devils at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

It was a Battle of the Birds when Edison faced off against J.P. Stevens on Saturday. The Eagles took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hawks.

Meanwhile, Hunterdon Central faced Monroe Township in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Red Devils fell just short of the Falcons by a score of 2-1.

Hunterdon Central's defeat dropped their record down to 12-7. As for Edison, they now have a losing record of 10-11.
