Hobbs is a perfect 10-0 against Carlsbad since March of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Eagles will challenge the Cavemen/Cavegirls at 6:30 p.m. Hobbs will be strutting in after a win while Carlsbad will be coming in after a defeat.

Hobbs' defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Saturday. They came out on top against Clovis by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Hobbs.

Meanwhile, Carlsbad was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 7-0 to Roswell.

Hobbs' victory bumped their record up to 10-4-1. As for Carlsbad, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-12.

Everything went Hobbs' way against Carlsbad in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as Hobbs made off with a 4-0 win. Will the Eagles repeat their success, or do the Cavemen/Cavegirls have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
