Watertown barely beat Smith County the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Purple Tigers blew past the Owls 15-1 on Tuesday. The Purple Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine games by six runs or more this season.

Watertown's victory bumped their record up to 19-3. As for Smith County, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 16-5 record.

Watertown wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against York Institute on the 22nd. As for Smith County, they will head out to challenge Gordonsville at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Owls will need to watch out since the Tigers have now posted at least ten runs in their last five matchups.
