Basketball Recap: White Plains Takes a Loss

White Plains and Alexandria squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but White Plains had to settle for second. They were dealt a 63-16 loss at the hands of the Alexandria Valley Cubs. The Wildcats have struggled against the Valley Cubs recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

White Plains' defeat dropped their record down to 7-15. As for Alexandria, they pushed their record up to 11-16 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

White Plains does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Alexandria has also already played their next game, a 57-53 loss against Cherokee County on the 3rd.
