Soccer Game Preview: Darlington vs. South Florence

Darlington has won three straight games at home, while South Florence has won three straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Friday. The Falcons will welcome the Bruins at 7:30 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

On Wednesday, Darlington made easy work of Crestwood and carried off a 4-1 win. With Darlington ahead 4-0 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

Meanwhile, South Florence kept a clean sheet against Lakewood on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Gators with a sharp 10-0 victory. The final result isn't all the surprising considering South Florence's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 38th, while Lakewood are ranked 160th).

South Florence's win bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Darlington, their victory bumped their record up to 8-3.
