Volleyball Recap: Shasta Takes a Loss

Shasta lost against University Prep back in September of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Wolves fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 2-1.

Shasta's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for University Prep, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season.

Shasta is headed away from home for the first time to square off against Central Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wolves are facing the Falcons at the right time seeing as the Falcons are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for University Prep, they will be taking part in a tournament against Spanish Springs at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
