Volleyball Recap: Gillespie Comes Up Short

Gillespie lost against Calhoun back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Miners fell 2-0 to the Warriors. The Miners have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Gillespie's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Calhoun, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season.

Gillespie will take on Greenfield/Northwestern at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Calhoun, they will take on Decatur Eisenhower in a tournament on Saturday.
