Soccer Recap: Jupiter Falls Short of Lake Nona in the Playoffs

Jupiter and Lake Nona squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Jupiter had to settle for second. They came up short against the Lake Nona Lions, falling 4-0. Considering the last time the Warriors couldn't score was back in November of 2024, the team can't take the result too hard.

Jupiter's defeat dropped their record down to 14-8. As for Lake Nona, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-1.

Jupiter does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lake Nona, they will take on Doral Academy at 1:00 p.m. on Monday. Lake Nona is on a three-game streak of home wins, Doral Academy a four-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the pitch.
