Volleyball Recap: Colfax Comes Up Short

The Colfax Vikings didn't have quite enough to beat the Winter Warriors on Saturday and fell 2-1.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Colfax sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The final score came out to 25-22, 23-25, 15-10.

Colfax has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season. As for Winter, their victory bumped their record up to 11-2.

Colfax has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Bruce on the 4th. As for Winter, they will face off against Birchwood at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
