After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Brusly, Central was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Woodlawn-B.R. Panthers a 15-0 shutout. Considering the Wildcats have won six matchups by more than seven runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Central is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. Woodlawn-B.R. now has a losing record of 5-6.
