Volleyball Game Preview: Itawamba Agricultural Indians vs. Tishomingo County Braves

Itawamba Agricultural hasn't had much luck against Tishomingo County recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The Indians will take on the Braves at 11:00 a.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Thursday, Itawamba Agricultural didn't have quite enough to beat Wheeler and fell 3-2.

Itawamba Agricultural took Wheeler into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking six-point loss. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-21, 22-25, 17-25, 15-9.

Meanwhile, Tishomingo County lost 3-0 to New Albany on Tuesday.

While Tishomingo County was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 26-24, 25-11.

Tishomingo County's loss dropped their record down to 11-13. As for Itawamba Agricultural, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-13.

Itawamba Agricultural came up short against Tishomingo County in their previous matchup back in August, falling 2-0. Can the Indians avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
