Basketball Recap: Jordan Kaminsky Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Granville

Granville typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday Heath proved too difficult a challenge. They managed a 49-44 win over the Granville Blue Aces. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bulldogs also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

Heath's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jordan Kaminsky, who went 6 of 7 en route to 17 points. Jaxon Duston was another key player, putting up ten points in addition to five assists and three steals.

The victory made it two in a row for Heath and bumps their season record up to 15-2. As for Granville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-4.

Heath will take on Lakewood at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Heath is facing Lakewood at the right time seeing as Lakewood is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Granville, they are taking a road trip to take on Licking Valley at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Licking Valley will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Granville surely won't give up without a fight.
