Eureka is 9-1 against Webster Groves since April of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Wildcats will be playing at home against the Statesmen at 4:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Eureka has ten straight wins, Webster Groves has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Eureka's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They blew past Kirkwood 6-0. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won 14 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, Webster Groves came up short against Parkway South on Thursday and fell 7-4.

Webster Groves' defeat dropped their record down to 8-22. As for Eureka, their victory bumped their record up to 27-6.

Eureka skirted past Webster Groves 2-1 when the teams last played back in May of 2025. Do the Wildcats have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Statesmen turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
