Volleyball Recap: Wayne County Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Wayne County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Northeast Jones Tigers, falling 3-0. If the War Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Tigers when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Wayne County's loss dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Northeast Jones, their win bumped their record up to 8-5.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Wayne County will take on rival Stone at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Northeast Jones is set to square off against their familiar foe Vancleave at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
