Basketball Recap: Bridgewater-Raynham Victorious

Bridgewater-Raynham posted their closest victory since January 19, 2024 on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 39-37 win over the Westwood Wolverines. For the Trojans, this counts as revenge for the 39-30 victory the Wolverines walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2022.

The win got Bridgewater-Raynham back to even at 7-7. As for Westwood, their loss dropped their record down to 8-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bridgewater-Raynham will face off against Apponequet Regional at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Westwood, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Ashland at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
