Asheville won the last time they faced Erwin and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Cougars' defense stepped up to hand the Warriors a 9-0 shutout. It was an even better day for Peyton Case as she scored four goals for her team.

Asheville is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-3-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 34 goals over those five contests. As for Erwin, they dropped their record down to 1-12-1 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home.
