Soccer Recap: Chelsea Academy Makes It Three in a Row at Home

After losing to Grace Christian School the last time they met, Chelsea Academy decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Knights came out on top against the Kings by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Chelsea Academy.

They hit Grace Christian School with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Evelyn Wingate, Ava Barvick, and Gigi Lagarde.

Chelsea Academy pushed their record up to 5-3-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those three matches. As for Grace Christian School, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-5.

Coming up, Chelsea Academy will face off against Wakefield Country Day at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Grace Christian School, they will square off against Christchurch School at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
