For the second straight game, Loudoun Valley will face off against Heritage. The Vikings are taking a road trip to challenge the Pride at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Loudoun Valley is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.8 runs per game this season.

On Tuesday, Loudoun Valley got the win against Heritage by a conclusive 11-3. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Vikings.

The team relied heavily on Maia Valenti, who fired off two home runs, three runs, and three RBI while going 2-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of Mikayla Greene, who went 1-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.

Loudoun Valley hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their strikeout total in three consecutive contests.

Loudoun Valley's victory bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Heritage, they now have a losing record of 4-5.
