Baseball Recap: Frazier Takes a Loss

Frazier entered their contest against Carmichaels on Thursday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Frazier took a 13-8 hit to the loss column at the hands of Carmichaels. If the Commodores were looking for revenge after losing 13-4 to the Mighty Mikes when the teams met back in April of 2022, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Tyler Morrison was cooking despite his team's loss, going 3-for-4 with three RBI. Those three hits gave him a new career-high.

This is the second loss in a row for Frazier and nudges their season record down to 4-2. As for Carmichaels, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Frazier will head out to face off against Charleroi at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Carmichaels, they will venture away from home to challenge Jefferson-Morgan at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
