Basketball Recap: Jordan Comes Up Short

Jordan suffered their biggest loss since January 25th on Friday. They had to suffer through a 102-62 loss at the hands of the Mira Costa Mustangs. If the Panthers were looking for revenge after losing 77-47 to the Mustangs when the teams met back in December of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Jordan's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Mira Costa, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 8-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jordan will venture away from home to face off against Lakewood at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mira Costa, they are headed away from home for the first time to square off against Newbury Park at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
