Soccer Recap: James Kenan Comes Up Short

James Kenan lost against Wallace-Rose Hill on October 6th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Tigers came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 6-0. While losing is never fun, James Kenan can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 218th, while Wallace-Rose Hill are ranked 78th).

This is the second loss in a row for James Kenan and nudges their season record down to 9-9-2. As for Wallace-Rose Hill, the win was the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-4-1.

James Kenan wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 4-1 victory against Whiteville on the 4th. As for Wallace-Rose Hill, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 6-1 win against Eastern Randolph on the 6th.
