Southside came into Monday's matchup having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. Neither they nor the Jones Trojans could gain the upper hand on Monday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw. The result was nothing new for Southside as the squad haven't won a game since October 8th.

Their goal came courtesy of Marcos Gonzalez, who's now up to eight this season.

Southside's draw makes their record 8-13-2 this season. Meanwhile, Jones' record is now 9-9-1.
