Soccer Game Preview: Mead vs. Kamiakin + How To Watch

The Mead Panthers will head out to challenge the Kamiakin Braves at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Mead is headed into the contest having not lost since the 9th and will look to keep things rolling. They and Ferris finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw on Wednesday. The outcome might've been different if Nora Cullen hadn't been hit with a yellow card, which no doubt limited her ability to make aggressive plays down the stretch.

Meanwhile, Kamiakin had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They came out on top against the Lions by a score of 3-1. Given Kamiakin's advantage in MaxPreps' Washington soccer rankings (they are ranked 19th, while Kennewick are ranked 83rd) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Kamiakin's win bumped their record up to 6-1. Mead's draw gives them a new season record of 3-2-3.
