Baseball Recap: Roseau Takes a Loss

Roseau was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Proctor Rails. The Rams were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rails apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Roseau saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Austin Klint, who went 1-for-3 with one run.

Roseau's defeat dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Proctor, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-3.

Coming up, Roseau will challenge Fosston at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Proctor, they will welcome Denfeld at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
