Eupora lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Nettleton, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Saturday's match. The Eagles were the clear victors by a 10-4 margin over the Tigers on Saturday. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten contests by six runs or more this season.

Eupora saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tucker Stroup, who scored a run while going 1-for-2. Another was Jacob Crimm, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI.

Eupora's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-9. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.6 runs on average over those games. As for Nettleton, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season.

Eupora will venture away from home to take on Philadelphia at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Nettleton, they will host Aberdeen at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Tigers are facing the Bulldogs at the right time seeing as the Bulldogs are stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
