Soccer Game Preview: Spring Valley vs. North Rockland

Spring Valley hasn't had much luck against North Rockland recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Tigers will take on the Raiders at 4:30 p.m. Spring Valley has given up an average of 2.9 goals per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Friday, Spring Valley came up short against Ketcham and fell 5-3.

WALVIN VARGAS and ALAN GALINDO scored all three of the Tigers' goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

Meanwhile, North Rockland unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Rye on September 1st.
