East Columbus came out on top against South Columbus on Friday thanks in part to Jenna King's efforts. King wasn't messing around, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-2. The match was her third straight with at least one stolen base.

King and East Columbus will be playing at home against Whiteville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Gators got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Wolfpack thanks in part to King: she scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-4.
