Softball Recap: Destrehan Wildcats vs. Ascension Christian
Destrehan won the last time they faced Ascension Christian and things went their way on Monday too. The Destrehan Wildcats came out on top against Ascension Christian by a score of 10-6. The win was some much needed relief for the Wildcats as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.
Kallie Oubre tossed a big game, pitching 4.1 innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off six hits. The dominant performance gave her a new career-low in earned runs.
