Baseball Recap: Vacaville Bulldogs vs. Wood Wildcats

Vacaville not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since May 1, 2024. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Wood Wildcats a 7-0 shutout. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 6-1 last Tuesday.

Not much got past Dallas West, who gave up just three hits and racked up eight Ks to keep Wood off the board. West has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one walk in four consecutive appearances.
