There's no place like home for West Anchorage, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat the Juneau-Douglas Crimson Bears 44-8. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Eagles considering their 12-point performance the game before.

Baylor Wasson went supernova, throwing for 305 yards and four TDs while completing 77.3% of his passes, and also punching in one rushing score. Those four passing touchdowns gave him a new career-high. David Sanders was another key player, picking up 133 receiving yards and one touchdown.

West Anchorage's victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-1. As for Juneau-Douglas, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.
