Basketball Recap: Institute of Tech Comes Up Short

Institute of Tech lost against Bishop Grimes back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Institute of Tech Eagles were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 68-67 to the Bishop Grimes Cobras. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Institute of Tech's loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-2. As for Bishop Grimes, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Institute of Tech will be home for the holidays to greet Cazenovia at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Bishop Grimes will take on Jordan-Elbridge in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
