Basketball Game Preview: Jonesboro-Hodge Tigers vs. Arcadia Hornets

The Jonesboro-Hodge Tigers and the Arcadia Hornets will round out the year against one another at at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Jonesboro-Hodge is coming into the matchup on a five-game losing streak.

Jonesboro-Hodge's tournament run continued when they took on Hornbeck on Thursday. Jonesboro-Hodge fell to Hornbeck 48-42.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Arcadia, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. It was close, but they ultimately received the gift of a 61-58 win from a begrudging Hornets squad.

Jonesboro-Hodge's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Arcadia, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Jonesboro-Hodge took their victory against Arcadia when the teams last played back in December of 2022 by a conclusive 58-32. Will Jonesboro-Hodge repeat their success, or does Arcadia have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
