Basketball Game Preview: Prince George Royals vs. Dinwiddie Generals

Prince George and Dinwiddie are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2020, but not for long. Having just played yesterday, the Prince George Royals will head out on the road to face off against the Dinwiddie Generals at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

On Monday, Prince George had to suffer through a 76-49 loss at the hands of Glen Allen. The loss continues a trend for the Royals in their matchups with the Jaguars: they've now lost three in a row.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 63-29, which was the final score in Dinwiddie's tilt against Powhatan on Monday.

Dinwiddie's defeat dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Prince George, their loss dropped their record down to 9-7.

Prince George came up short against Dinwiddie when the teams last played back in December of 2024, falling 54-47. Can Prince George avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
