Volleyball Recap: Waukesha West Victorious

Waukesha West's game on Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Wauwatosa West Trojans. The victory continues a trend for the Wolverines in their matchups with the Trojans: they've now won three in a row.

Ryan McMahon paced Waukesha West's offense, picking up seven kills. McMahon got some help from Cooper Maddern and his 22 assists. McMahon was also solid from the service line: he led the team with three aces.

The win got Waukesha West back to even at 14-14. As for Wauwatosa West, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 12 of their last 13 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-18 record this season.
