Basketball Recap: Brantley County Comes Up Short

Brantley County lost against Wayne County two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Brantley County Herons fell 43-30 to the Wayne County Yellow Jackets. The Herons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Brantley County's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Wayne County, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Brantley County will be home for the holidays to greet Pierce County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Wayne County will take on Long County in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
