Basketball Recap: Mount Olive Takes a Loss

Mount Olive lost against Leake County two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Mount Olive Pirates were dealt a 56-22 defeat at the hands of the Leake County Gators. The Pirates have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mount Olive's loss dropped their record down to 1-19. As for Leake County, their victory bumped their record up to 8-14.

When Mount Olive and Leake County next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Mount Olive will try to stop McAdams' six-game winning streak when the meet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Similarly, Leake County will take on Nanih Waiya and their five-game winning streak at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
