Connor Fowler Tops All Others This Week

Starting off the list is Fairfield's Connor Fowler, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Fowler rushed for 97 yards, and also threw for 82 yards and a touchdown on only five passes.

Fowler and Fairfield will take on Stafford at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The last time Fowler took on the Trojans, he rushed for 127 yards and a touchdown. Can he match (or beat) that performance?

St. John had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Knoche it was a similar story. Knoche rushed for 123 yards and two touchdowns the last time he and the Tigers duked it out back in September of 2023.

Another Stafford player making an appearance on this list is Jacob Simmons. He threw for 33 yards and a touchdown.

If the past is any indication, Simmons could be in store for another big game when he takes on Fairfield on Friday. Simmons threw for 124 yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 60 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries the last time he and the Falcons duked it out back in September of 2023.
