Baseball Recap: Caverna Colonels vs. Thomas Nelson Generals
Caverna extended their losing streak to nine on Tuesday, dropping them down to 1-27-1. They lost 8-1 to the Thomas Nelson Generals. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Generals this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 12-2 back in March.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Payton Thompson, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI, one triple, and one stolen base. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Grant Edelen, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.
