Volleyball Recap: Center Grove Extends Home Winning Streak to Nine

There's no place like home for Center Grove, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Indianapolis Lutheran Saints on Friday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Trojans haven't had any issues with the Saints recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-15, 25-17.

Xavi Pineda was nothing short of spectacular: he had 19 digs and two aces.

Pineda wasn't the only good server: Center Grove was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Indianapolis Lutheran only served one ace.

Center Grove pushed their record up to 16-4-1 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Indianapolis Lutheran, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-7.
