Soccer Game Preview: Trabuco Hills vs. Dana Hills

The Trabuco Hills Mustangs will face off against the Dana Hills Dolphins at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. Trabuco Hills will be strutting in after a victory while Dana Hills will be coming in after a loss.

Trabuco Hills took a loss when they played away from home on Wednesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They came out on top against Tesoro by a score of 3-1. Given the Mustangs' advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 155th, while the Titans are ranked 778th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Dana Hills' offense. They lost 4-0 to Tesoro on Wednesday. The loss put an end to the Dolphins' undefeated start to the season.

Trabuco Hills' win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-4-2. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 11 goals over those four matches. As for Dana Hills, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 5-1-1.
