Mumford got themselves on the board against Western International on Friday, but Western International never followed suit. They claimed a resounding 28-0 win over the Cowboys. The Mustangs' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Mumford's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Western International, this is the second loss in a row for them and also nudges their season record down to 1-3.
