Football Recap: Reeds Spring Comes Up Short

Reeds Spring was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They were a single point away from ending the streak, but they lost a 15-14 heartbreaker at the hands of the Buffalo Bison. The Wolves were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bison apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Reeds Spring's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Buffalo, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-6 record.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Reeds Spring will square off against rival Hollister at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Buffalo is set to take on their familiar foe Forsyth at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
