Baseball Recap: Dewitt's Win on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Three

While DeWitt put up plenty of runs on Monday, the same can't be said for Everett. The Panthers were the clear victors by a 19-0 margin over the Vikings. Fans of the Panthers have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 6+ runs.

The win (which was DeWitt's third in a row) raised their record to 3-0. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average this season. As for Everett, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Coming up, DeWitt will challenge Okemos at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Panthers will need to watch out since the Wolves have now posted at least ten runs in their last four matches. As for Everett, they will take on East Lansing at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
