Soccer Game Preview: Christian Fellowship vs. Iberia

Christian Fellowship will face off against the Iberia Rangers at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Christian Fellowship will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Iberia better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if Christian Fellowship's game on Monday is any indication, that's when Christian Fellowship really gets things going. Christian Fellowship put the hurt on La Monte with a sharp 5-2 win. Considering Christian Fellowship has won nine contests by more than two goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit La Monte with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Sam Herwald (2), Jake Davis (2), and Toby Kiffe.

Meanwhile, Iberia got their first taste of in-conference action on Tuesday and they started things off strong. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Rolla HomeSchool 2-1. The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but Iberia were the better team in the second half.

Iberia picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 2-5. As for Christian Fellowship, their victory bumped their record up to 12-5.

Christian Fellowship took their win against Iberia in their previous matchup back in September by a conclusive 8-0 score. Does Christian Fellowship have another victory up their sleeve, or will Iberia turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
